We maintain a series of business Key Performance Indicators, driven by robust data capture and formal feedback mechanisms, including client satisfaction surveys, non-conformance and near miss reporting.

We are committed to the highest safety and quality standards, which can be demonstrated through our consistently low Accident Frequency Rage (currently Zero) and a workforce that is CSCS qualified and trained to NVQ level 2.

One of our key strengths lies in our ability to mobilise at short notice to meet the urgent needs of clients during exceptional circumstances, such as the 2007 Flooding in Gloucestershire. Examples of contracts we have worked on include : the Highways Agency M4 and M5 Climbing Lanes for Birse Civil Engineering, and the Gloucestershire Highways Term Maintenance Contract and MoD’s Regional Soluth West Prime Contract for Hanson Contracting.
